The Blue Wave team has broad experience in commercial real estate finance, public finance, and private equity via acquisitions, asset management, and development across multiple property segments. Extensive experience with billions of assets managed over decades of market cycles give Blue Wave and it’s affiliates an executional advantage. Blue Wave employs a systematic approach from the initial acquisition to stabilization or disposition. We often invest with our partners to further align our interests.

Managing Director
Ed McDaniel
Ed McDaniel, Managing Director, leads the firm’s strategic planning and execution. Mr. McDaniel has extensive experience in investment advisory, public finance, and organizational leadership. He previously held senior positions for public and private companies including Morgan Keegan, Taylor Morrison, and Holmes Motors. Mr. McDaniel has advised a range of investment clients including private companies, State Treasurers, private equity firms, and hedge funds. Mr. McDaniel is a member of the CFA Society of Atlanta (inactive), holds a FINRA Series 65 Investment Advisor license, a FINRA Series 50 Municipal Advisor license, a B.A. from Belhaven University and an MBA with distinction from the University of Georgia.
